Omega-3 Supreme Fish Oil product review


Fish oil supplements are hard to shop for. There are a ton of manufactures of inexpensive low quality fish oils of the type you find in the supermarket that contain little of the two fatty acids - EPA and DHA - that are responsible for fish oil's cardiovascular and psychiatric benefits.

On the other hand there are high-quality brands like Omega 3  which are very expensive but also have very high amounts of EPA and DHA.  There is none of that uncomfortable fishy after taste and those oh so disgusting fish burps later in the day.

The Omega-3 Supreme Fish oil was loaded with DHA and it is easy to digest.

I did receive this product for the purpose of a review, but the opinion is all my own.

Adeline - Hyaluronic Acid Serum With Vitamin C & Retinol And Vitamin E - 1.7oz Airless Pump Bottle

This is a very light weight hyaluronic acid serum. It goes on your face very smooth and does not feel heavy while wearing. I hate wearing heavy serums because it feels like my pores are clogged up. One of the other main ingredients is aloe and I have found that it is not irritating to my skin. I have a tendency to have dry spots on my forehead and when this is applied twice daily - it seems to cut the dry tight skin feeling that happens to me when I have not adequately moisturized.
